Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of client servicing and product management experience.
• Hands-on technical fluency; can prototype in code and earn credibility with engineers.
• Proven success building and scaling internal tools, CRMs, or workflow platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to translate between business and technical teams.
• Experience in high-performing, fast-paced environments that demand precision and accountability.
• A structured thinker with bias for action and relentless focus on delivery.

Aufgaben

• Translate business goals into clear, prioritized roadmaps across CRM, workflow, analytics, and agentic experiences.
• Write SQL, explore data in Snowflake, and use observability tools to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
• Prototype with precision using leading-edge design processes to communicate vision.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products and track KPIs.
