Lexton Stanley is seeking a Credit Analyst for a well-established private bank in Geneva. You will review credit packages, assess financial statements, and coordinate with Front Office to ensure transactions align with approved proposals.

The role reports to the Head of Credit and requires rigorous analysis, accuracy, and timely delivery to the Credit Committee. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Prior credit analysis experience in commodity trade finance.
• Strong financial analysis skills on audited and unaudited statements.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented, able to meet Credit Committee deadlines.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Review credit packages and up-to-date financial statements.
• Present the financials of analyzed companies to the Credit Committee.
• Review Credit Approval Forms for alignment with terms.
• Ensure receipt and review of security/collateral; consult with legal on non-cash security.
• Perform periodic review of borrowers' figures and flag deterioration to Relationship Managers.
• Review borrowers' annual audited figures and assign annual credit risk ratings.
• Monitor maturity dates and coordinate renewals of Credit Approvals.
• Maintain audit-ready credit files and documentation.
• Draft or review minutes of credit committees for your portfolio.
• Respond to ad-hoc queries from Front Office and other stakeholders.
