Zusammenfassung

Swissquote, Switzerland’s leading digital bank, is seeking a Compliance Officer in the Onboarding Corporate Team. You will analyze account opening requests from corporate clients from an AML/CTF and sanction perspective and draft internal memorandums for high-risk clients.

You will optimize internal processes, contribute to regulatory projects, and support the Front Line and foreign entities of the Swissquote Group. Strong French and English written skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in Laws/Economics or proven banking sector experience.
• 3–5 years in AML/CTF compliance within financial institutions.
• Experience with regulatory audits in Switzerland is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB 20 and related regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal French and English.

• Optimize internal processes and guidelines; contribute to procedures.
• Participate in key regulatory projects.
