Zusammenfassung

Swissquote, a leading Swiss online bank, seeks a Compliance professional to strengthen our AML/CTF framework. You will review private client account opening requests from an AML/CTF standpoint, ensure tax compliance and contribute to internal memos and procedures.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor or Master in Laws or Economics, have 5+ years in Compliance, and are fluent in English and French. You'll join a multicultural, tech-driven team in Vaud.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Laws or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance.
• Knowledge of Swiss AML laws (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB).
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Analytical and methodological approach.
• Strong team player in multicultural environment.

Aufgaben

• Due diligence on account opening requests.
• Review of client’s account opening requests of private clients from an AML/CTF standpoint (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB).
• Review of tax compliance aspects, such as FATCA and CRS (automatic exchange of information).
• Contribution in drafting internal memos and procedures.
• Participation in reviews of key clients.
• Participation in key regulatory projects.
• Optimization of internal processes and guidelines.
• Support and advice to the Front line and management.
