Zusammenfassung

Swissquote Bank is seeking a Compliance Officer in the Compliance Support and Sanctions service to address sanctions topics and a broad range of financial security activities. You will perform sanctions due diligence, analyse hits, draft and maintain policies, support risk monitoring and deliver targeted training, while collaborating in a multicultural, international environment.

Aufgaben

• Perform sanctions due diligence on clients and related parties during onboarding and reviews.
• Analyze sanctions hits escalated by Compliance Monitoring and client activity.
• Assess exposure to sectoral sanctions and export controls; advise on acceptance or escalation.
• Draft and maintain sanctions policies; calibrate screening systems.
• Contribute to risk monitoring and ad hoc regulatory reporting.
• Provide targeted training on sanctions and draft internal memos.
