Strong mammalian cell culture, gene editing, and molecular biology skills are essential. You will collaborate with scientists and CROs, implement diverse detection platforms, and contribute to scalable, reproducible assays for profiling compounds.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Cell Biology or Molecular Biology.
• 2-3+ years of relevant cellular/molecular biology experience.
• Hands-on mammalian cell culture and cell-line engineering experience.
• CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing and engineered cell lines experience desired.
• Experience with cell-based assay development and drug-discovery context preferred.
• Protein extraction and Western blotting experience.
• Familiarity with fluorescence, luminescence, TR-FRET or AlphaScreen platforms.
• Experience with high-throughput screening or automation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and execute cell-based assays for profiling and MoA studies.
• Perform molecular biology methods including cell culture and gene editing.
• Generate, isolate, and characterize engineered cell lines.
• Handle DNA/RNA isolation, analysis, and protein work.
• Interpret dose-response and assay data; communicate results to teams.
• Maintain accurate records and reagents; ensure GMP-like practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners; support workflow improvements.
