Helvetia Schweiz is seeking a Compensation Specialist to drive accurate, transparent compensation processes aligned with group standards. You will collaborate with HR, management and specialists to translate data into insights and support executive compensation and strategic HR topics in an international environment.

You’ll contribute to annual salary reviews and bonus planning, develop analyses and dashboards, and help shape compensation elements and benefits programs while maintaining data

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business administration, economics, finance, HR, psychology.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits in international/group-wide environment.
• Understanding of compensation processes, incentive schemes, job evaluation and benchmarking.
• High accuracy, discretion with sensitive data and governance requirements.
• Ability to turn complex compensation topics into clear insights, presentations and recommendations.
• Clear communication skills and ability to advise stakeholders professionally.
• Proactive, hands-on, service-oriented and collaborative approach.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual salary review and bonus processes for executive functions.
• Prepare compensation analyses, reports and dashboards for HR, management and governance bodies.
• Help shape and continuously improve compensation elements, processes and tools across the Group.
• Take ownership of selected group-wide benefit programmes and employee share account administration.
• Create clear and well-structured compensation materials for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Support compensation planning, regulatory reporting and audit documentation with key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted contact for HR teams and line managers on compensation-related questions and pay transparency topics.
