Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking a rewards professional to act as local expert for compensation, incentives and benefits in Switzerland. You will translate global reward frameworks into practical local practices, ensure internal equity and compliance, and support payroll optimization and HR reporting.

Fluent English and German (B1) are required, with Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian advantages; a university degree in HR/Finance; prior experience in C&B is preferred.

Job Description

You report directly to the Rewards and Work Design Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

• Act as the local subject matter expert for compensation, incentives, benefits and reward‑related topics in Switzerland.
• Translate global reward frameworks into effective local practices, ensuring competitiveness, consistency, internal equity and compliance.
• Manage and coordinate key compensation and HR transformation projects, including payroll optimisation and process improvements.
• Support annual compensation cycles, workforce planning activities, budgeting and HR reporting requirements.
• Drive reward transparency by developing communication and education initiatives for employees and managers.
• Act as a key contact for payroll‑related topics, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to support HR and business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

• Relevant university degree in the field of HR, Finance or Business Administration
• Initial experience in Compensation & Benefits with strong motivation to further develop in this field.
• OR background in HR, Payroll, Finance, Controlling or Rewards with strong interest in moving into C&B.
• Fluent in English, with intermediate German (B1) and willingness to improve. Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience with Success Factors is a plus.
• Strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and engaging with different stakeholders.
• Open‑minded and innovative personality with a continuous improvement mindset.
