You will help manage executive compensation and strategic HR topics in an international environment, translating complex data into clear insights and governance-ready materials.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits in international contexts.
• Ability to turn complex topics into insights and presentations.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to annual salary review and bonus processes for executives, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution.
• Prepare compensation analyses, reports and dashboards to support HR, management and governance bodies.
• Shape compensation elements, processes and tools across the Group.
• Take ownership of selected group-wide benefit programmes and governance-related tasks.
• Create clear compensation materials for senior management and the Board.
• Support compensation planning, regulatory reporting and audit documentation with stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted contact for HR teams and managers on compensation-related questions and pay transparency topics.
