Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related field.
• Knowledge of labor law and applicable regulations.
• Experience in HR analytics, compensation, HRIS, or a related field.
• Experience with people analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting.
• Knowledge of compensation structures and total rewards programs.
• Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships and meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a rewards controller supporting strategic and operational compensation initiatives and programs through data analysis, reporting, and system expertise.
• Analyze employee lifecycle data, including turnover trends, exit interview feedback, and engagement results.
• Play a critical role in enabling data-driven HR decisions across the organization.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, engagement).
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and management reporting, including market benchmarking.
• Support the preparation of reward and compensation proposals.
• Monitor key workforce metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Support implementation of AI tools and automation within HR processes.
• Provide timely data and insights to support reward-related HR, Payroll, and Finance initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Support ad hoc projects and ongoing organizational improvement initiatives in compliance with internal policies and corporate governance.
