• Define and deploy the purchasing strategy for assigned product categories.
• Analyze supplier markets, cost trends, industrial capabilities, and tech developments; develop supplier and procurement risk mapping.
• Identify, assess, and select new suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality and logistical requirements and build strong relationships.
• Anticipate risks related to capacity, supplier dependency, raw materials, and geopolitical developments.
• Negotiate and implement framework agreements and commercial contracts, challenging supplier requests for price increases.
• Monitor portfolio performance indicators including costs, savings, quality, OTD, lead times, capacity and risks.
• Commit to continuously improving purchasing and supply chain processes.

• You have the ability to define and deploy the purchasing strategy for the assigned product categories

• You are able to analyze supplier markets, cost trends, industrial capabilities, and technological developments, as well as to develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier and procurement risk mapping

• You have the ability to identify, assess, and select new suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality, and logistical requirements and to build strong relationships with them

• You have the ability to anticipate risks related to capacity, supplier dependency, raw materials, and geopolitical developments

• You have the ability to negotiate and implement framework agreements and commercial contracts, challenging supplier requests for price increases

• You have a strong understanding of supplier commitments and ensure their alignment with the company’s objectives

• You are able to monitor key portfolio performance indicators, including costs, savings, quality, OTD, lead times, capacity, and risks

• You are committed to continuously improving purchasing and supply chain processes

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent and you have a solid technical understanding, complemented by additional training or qualifications in purchasing

• You have more than 3 years of experience in project purchasing or strategic procurement

• You have an excellent command of English, French and/or German

• You have an excellent command of MS Office, Share Point, and you are familiar with Infor

• You define yourself as a strong team player with resilience, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability and autonomy

• You are well organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working effectively in stressful situations
