Aufgaben

• Manage production system projects; be the main contact for other departments (production, IT, methods, quality) and lead cross-functional project teams; ensure financial follow-up of projects.
• Guarantee configuration, maintenance and technical evolution of the production system; ensure daily operation and drive continuous improvement to optimize performance.
• Develop tools and methods as well as new production technologies.
• Provide support for development of system/machine and interfaces.
• Guarantee quality, consistency and reliability of production data and KPIs.
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• You manage production system projects in the field of manufacturing and assembly. In this capacity, you are the main point of contact for other departments (production, IT, methods, quality, etc.), you manage and support cross-functional project teams, and you ensure the financial follow-up of projects.


• You ensure the configuration, maintenance and technical evolution of the production system. In addition to guaranteeing its daily operation, you actively contribute to its continuous improvement and modernization to optimize industrial performance.


• You develop tools and methods, as well as new production technologies.


• You provide support for the development of system/machine and system/system interfaces.


• You guarantee the quality, consistency and reliability of production data and performance indicators (KPIs).


• You communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.

Your Profile

• You hold an engineering degree in a technical field.


• You have initial professional experience in implementing software and production systems.


• Experience in an industrial environment is a considerable advantage.


• You have programming experience object-oriented and databases (SQL, etc.), an asset.


• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written; you have good knowledge of English; German is an asset.


• You stand out through your optimistic mindset, openness to change, and communication skills.
