Liebherr Machines Bulle SA in Bulle, Switzerland, is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to define and deploy purchasing strategies for key product categories. You will analyze supplier markets, cost trends, and technological developments to build strong supplier relationships and secure favorable commercial terms.

• Analyze supplier markets, cost trends, and technological developments.
• Identify, assess and select new suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality, and logistical requirements.
• Anticipate risks related to capacity, supplier dependency, raw materials, and geopolitics.
• Negotiate and implement framework agreements and commercial contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor portfolio performance: costs, savings, OTD, lead times, capacity, risks.
• Continuously improve purchasing and supply chain processes.

You have the ability to define and deploy the purchasing strategy for the assigned product categories

You are able to analyze supplier markets, cost trends, industrial capabilities, and technological developments, as well as to develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier and procurement risk mapping

You have the ability to identify, assess, and select new suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality, and logistical requirements and to build strong relationships with them

You have the ability to anticipate risks related to capacity, supplier dependency, raw materials, and geopolitical developments

You have the ability to negotiate and implement framework agreements and commercial contracts, challenging supplier requests for price increases

You have a strong understanding of supplier commitments and ensure their alignment with the company’s objectives

You are able to monitor key portfolio performance indicators, including costs, savings, quality, OTD, lead times, capacity, and risks

You are committed to continuously improving purchasing and supply chain processes

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent and you have a solid technical understanding, complemented by additional training or qualifications in purchasing

You have more than 3 years of experience in project purchasing or strategic procurement

You have an excellent command of English, French and/or German

You have an excellent command of MS Office, Share Point, and you are familiar with Infor

You define yourself as a strong team player with resilience, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability and autonomy

You are well organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working effectively in stressful situations
