LocalBini AG seeks a Co-Tech Lead & Senior Backend Engineer to drive backend development in Python, design AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and ensure high-quality code through tests. The role collaborates with a remote team and St. Gallen staff to scale the platform.

The position emphasizes REST APIs, microservices, and security, with hybrid/remote options and occasional in-office meetings. Stock-based compensation is offered for the first year.

Formación

• Minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on commercial Python experience.
• Proficient with React, AWS, Terraform, Python, Flutter.
• Extensive Python expertise focused on REST APIs.
• In-depth AWS services knowledge incl. DynamoDB and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Familiarity with ORM-based approaches using PostgreSQL.
• Terraform in AWS environment.
• Strong understanding of asyncio, aiohttp, and AWS EventBridge.
• Experience with Event-Driven and Microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Development.
• Basic React with Redux/Redux Toolkit and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS Cognito and AWS Amplify.
• UI/UX design principles.
• Testing: unit/integration/UI tests; CI/CD with GitLab.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with System-Architect to ensure high-quality architecture and scalable development.
• Coordinate with part-time remote team and St. Gallen business team to refine software solution.
• Develop robust back-end applications with Python for performance and reliability.
• Build infrastructure with Terraform on AWS to create scalable ecosystems.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure responsiveness and security of data.
• Implement mobile-responsive design for features and applications across devices.
• Generate comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists to improve the LocalBini experience.
