Qualifikationen

• Strong mathematical, ML and data engineering foundation.
• Built and shipped real AI products in messy, real-world environments.
• Turn heterogeneous data into decision systems (knowledge graphs, agentic systems, LLM orchestration, or signal pipelines).
• Commercial understanding with unit economics and P&L focus.
• Big-picture thinker who wants to co-own a company, not just code.

Aufgaben

• Ship the first product yourself, taking the platform from zero to live trading support.
• Own the full technical stack and architecture: data ingestion, ML/agent layer, and trader-facing product.
• Co-define the company strategy with the co-founder & CEO: 10-year vision and initial scaling plan.
• Go into the field with traders, translate trading into systems mapping to P&L logic.
• Pitch investors alongside the CEO and own the technical narrative through Seed stage and beyond.
• Recruit and lead the founding engineering team as activity scales.
