Zusammenfassung

Orange Business is seeking a Data Platform Manager Consultant in Geneva to lead stabilization, industrialization and continuous improvement of an enterprise Cloud Data Platform. You will coordinate Data Engineering, strengthen Run reliability, implement ITIL practices and help evolve the platform into a scalable, service-oriented operating model.

You will work with Data Engineers, BI teams and external providers to ensure reliable delivery, governance and measurable value creation, while driving

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading enterprise data platforms and coordinating data eng teams.
• Knowledge of Cloud Data Platform operating models and DataOps.
• Proficiency with Azure services, security, networking and cost awareness.
• Hands-on Databricks, dbt, and production support practices.
• Experience with ITIL practices and supplier governance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and animate Data Engineering activities and delivery rituals.
• Industrialize the Cloud Data Platform with reusable standards and release practices.
• Support ITIL processes for incident, change and service management.
• Improve Run reliability, platform availability and incident reduction.
• Optimize managed services, including SLA/KPI tracking and cost control.
• Collaborate with Integration and BI teams from source to consumption.
• Define and adopt a Data Platform service/product catalog.
• Monitor cloud consumption, Databricks workloads and support effort.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and present to steering committees.
• Contribute to a three-year transformation roadmap including DataOps and FinOps.
• Coach client teams with workshops, runbooks and hands-on enablement.
