HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA in Switzerland is seeking a Client Lifecycle Management Analyst to manage all CLM tasks related to customer life cycle events. You will oversee onboarding, CDD modifications, periodic and event-driven reviews, ensuring AML, KYC/KYT compliance, and regulatory adherence.

You will provide front-office advisory and operational support, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with teams to deliver compliant, high-quality client service across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with AML, KYC/KYT and regulatory controls in Swiss private banking or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in due diligence activities (screening and research).
• AML certifications (e.g., ACAMS or Vision Compliance).
• Strong communication and client-facing experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide advisory and operational support to front office for CLM activities including onboarding, CDD modifications and PEDR.
• Ensure compliance with CDD, AML and sanctions requirements.
• Perform KYC/KYT information checks and screening.
• Manage end-to-end CLM tasks across onboarding, modification and reviews.
• Maintain high client service standards and reporting.
