Advanced Group is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Operations Lead (AD COL) to own the operational strategy and end-to-end delivery for assigned clinical studies. The role leads cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to ensure quality execution, budgets, and timelines, with strong vendor oversight and regulatory compliance across global trials.

In selected studies, the AD COL may serve as SET Leader and SET Manager, combining strategic guidance with day-to-day operational

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years in clinical research or related field.
• Experience leading and managing professional staff.
• Strong understanding of drug development and trial processes.
• Experience overseeing large and/or complex global trials.
• Robust budget forecasting and management experience.
• Solid knowledge of ICH guidelines/GCP.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the clinical operations strategy and study delivery.
• Lead cross-functional study teams for end-to-end execution from protocol to CSR and TMF.
• Serve as primary contact for study-related matters with stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor/CRO strategy, oversight, and contracts alignment.
• Drive budget strategy, forecasts, timelines, and resource optimization.
• Manage operational risks, escalation, and audits.
