Zusammenfassung

BeOne seeks a regional study management leader to oversee a team of Operations Managers and Associates across the region. You will mentor staff, ensure trial delivery on time and within quality standards, and align regional activities with global strategies.

Responsibilities include leadership of the regional study management organization, collaboration with FSP partners and regional leaders, and driving initiatives to optimize trial delivery and resource use.

Qualifikationen

• Education & experience required: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline with 8+ years in clinical operations; Master’s degree preferred with 6+ years experience.
• Proven leadership and management experience, including line management or cross-functional team leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
