Zusammenfassung

argenx is seeking a Franchise CODL to lead clinical development across the portfolio. You will supervise CODLs, oversee CDP creation, ensure trial programs meet OGSMs, budgets, and ICH-GCP standards in a fast-growing, multi-indication franchise.

This senior leadership role requires 15+ years in clinical development, CRO/vendor oversight, and a proven ability to build teams, manage budgets, and coordinate global trials with cross-functional partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a medical or para-medical field; PhD a plus.
• Minimum 15 years leading clinical development and trial management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee CODLs and provide strategic input for clinical related aspects.
• Lead the CDP creation and ensure alignment with OGSMs, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with asset teams and cross-functional partners across indications.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and resources for Trial Operations.
• Manage CRO/vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
