The Kusnacht Practice is seeking a dedicated Medical Nurse to join our team. You will provide high-quality medical care, oversee laboratory processes, and coordinate nursing tasks in a precision-focused environment.

With 4+ years of healthcare experience and fluent German (B2) or English (C1), you will administer infusions, manage medications, and ensure seamless operations across departments in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ or Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH.
• 4+ years of professional experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience placing infusions and drawing blood.
• German B2 and/or English C1 communication.

Responsabilités

• Conduct venous and capillary blood draws, saliva, urine, and hair samples, plus alcohol breathalyzer tests and wound care.
• Perform medical and BIO-R checks with measurements (BMC, EKG, height/weight, vitals) and document medications.
• Administer infusions, injections and treatments as required.
• Oversee labs: order tests, prepare samples, coordinate with labs.
• Prepare medical areas for client assessments; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Manage equipment and supplies; ensure continuous medical operations.
• Coordinate medication orders with doctors and ensure proper use.
• Review medications weekly with Live-In Counsellors; ensure equipment is functional.
• Assist BIO-R and Atrium with nursing tasks; coordinate coverage during holidays.
• Prepare clients for external medical exams; book external nurses when needed.
• Ensure external nursing coverage with doctors; liaise with partner pharmacy.
