The Kusnacht Practice AG is seeking an Interim Nursing Lead to head and support the nursing team, ensuring top-tier patient care and safety. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with departments and provide mentorship to staff and external providers.

You will lead the implementation of the Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS), ensuring proper documentation, incident analysis, and continuous improvement in client care, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

Qualificações

• Min. 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF/FH.
• Management experience in a similar setting is advantageous.
• Proven expertise coordinating medical services and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee daily operations, schedules, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Plan and deliver training for nursing staff and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and hygiene standards through audits.
• Perform clinical tasks such as blood draws, infusions, EKGs, and med management.
• Manage incident reporting and follow-up with leadership on corrective actions.
• Oversee ordering, preparation, and transport of medical samples with labs.
• Monitor medical equipment, supplies, and hygiene standards.
• Liaise with external nurses, doctors and partner pharmacies for service quality.
• Assist with onboarding and retesting of clients, capture vitals and history.
• Develop and update internal nursing and medication guidelines and checklists.
