Partners Group invites applications for an Internship in Client Solutions (part of Business Development) focused on the Swiss market. Based in Baar, CH, you will support client relationship managers, prepare client meetings and due diligence, and contribute to investment proposals and market updates.

The six-month internship offers hands-on experience in private markets and a potential transition to a full-time role for top performers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in finance, economics, business with outstanding results.
• Previous internship in private markets, consulting or investment banking.
• Strong problem-solving, client-focused mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Confidence in communicating with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationship managers in preparing client meetings and due diligence sessions, including bespoke presentations and investment proposals.
• Prepare tailored responses to client requests and performance updates across private equity, infrastructure, private debt, real estate and royalties.
• Coordinate with teams across the firm to gather key information and developments across all asset classes.
• Produce written market updates and summaries of investment activity.
• Provide input for requests for proposals (RFPs) with thoughtful justification.
• Participate in business development, including market research and outreach to prospective investors.
