Job summary

Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA) seeks a Client Associate to support the team in managing client portfolios and administering accounts. You will monitor risk and compliance indicators and assist relation managers with KYC matters and investment proposals.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, client-first approach, collaboration in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment, and a path to deeper client service expertise within a leading Zurich firm.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German and effective communication skills.
• A strong team player with a strong interest in delivering high-level client service.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office).
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio.
• Be the go-to expert for administration of client accounts (cash management, transfers, stock orders and control of executions).
• Support KYC matters and assist in organizing client meetings and investment proposals.
