Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar banking role.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong client service mindset and teamwork.
• Solid understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office and related tools.
• Interest in AI and willingness to use AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs first.
• Be the go-to expert for administration of the client’s accounts (cash management, transfers, stock orders, etc.).
• Monitor risk and compliance indicators to anticipate new risks.
• Support relationship managers in KYC matters and in organizing client meetings/investment proposals.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and timely closure of client accounts.
