Siemens Switzerland is hiring for a role in Foundational Services Developer Enablement and Security (OSES). You will drive adoption of the One Software Engineering System across enterprise clients, translating complex tech into measurable business value and ROI.

You will build senior relationships, align technology with business priorities, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, engineering and support teams. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• Technical or business university degree and relevant professional experience.
• Experience in technical account management or customer success for enterprise clients.
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Consultative selling and business-case development skills with data-driven adoption metrics.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication across levels.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Your New Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and business value by promoting OSES usage across clients and teams, focusing on measurable outcomes and return on investment
• Translate technical features and toolchain capabilities into tailored business benefits and use cases for each client, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Set, measure and report key performance indicators such as adoption, return on investment, developer productivity and time-to-market to stakeholders and leadership
• Cultivate senior-level relationships across business units and act as a trusted advisor, aligning technology with business priorities and digital transformation roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery by collaborating with product, engineering, enablement and support teams to remove blockers and secure successful rollouts

Your Talents And Experience

• You have a technical or business university degree and relevant professional experience
• You have proven experience in technical account management, customer success management or similar roles supporting enterprise customers
• You demonstrate a strong ability to bridge technical and business perspectives and influence senior stakeholders
• You possess consultative selling and business‑case development skills, with a data‑informed mindset for defining and tracking adoption and impact metrics
• You work proactively, solution‑oriented and strategically, with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities at all organizational levels
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
