You will welcome clients, offer informed recommendations across a curated portfolio of international brands, and build lasting relationships through thoughtful clienteling. Fluent English is essential; Italian and other languages are valued. The role focuses on sales, service and a distinctive in-store experience.

• Greet and assist clients with a confident, attentive approach.
• Develop long-term relationships with local and international clientele.

• Develop strong knowledge of brands, fabric, construction and design.
• Communicate product character and qualities clearly and authentically.
• Follow up on new arrivals, pieces, and personal requests.
• Contribute to sales targets and store performance.
• Support private appointments, events and client-focused initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of sales floor presentation and stock organisation.
• Contribute to AVART MEN's daily operation and development.
