Qualifications

• Experience in luxury watch or jewelry retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Native Italian speaker; fluent in English; another Swiss language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to high-value guests in-store and at events.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients with proactive relationship-building.
• Guide clients across Cartier creations to provide a unique client experience.
