MaxMara boutique in Gstaad, part of Aldo Group International AG, is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury shopping experiences to local and international clients. This year-round, full-time role offers a premium Alpine work environment and opportunities for ongoing product training.

Ideal candidates will have proven luxury fashion sales experience, fluency in German and English, and a passion for customer service with a flexible, team-focused mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience, preferably in women's luxury fashion.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Residing in the Gstaad region or nearby with daily commuting access.
• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service.
• Results-driven with strong sales abilities.
• Comfort with iPad, POS system, and email.
• Flexible, team-oriented and self-motivated.

• Proven sales experience, ideally in women's luxury fashion
• Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Residing in the Gstaad region or nearby areas with daily commuting accessibility
• Genuine passion for fashion and exceptional customer service
• Results-driven mindset with outstanding sales abilities
• Comfortable working with basic technology (iPad, POS system, email)
• Flexibility, team spirit, and self-motivation
