Zusammenfassung

RULEMATCH AG in Zurich is seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Information Security Officer to build and lead a holistic IT security function, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of RULEMATCH data and IT systems. You will report to the CRO and drive security across SDLC, risk management, continuity, and regulatory compliance.

A hands-on security leader with engineering background and ability to enforce necessary adjustments will thrive in this technically challenging environment

Qualifikationen

• Several years in information security, including leadership.
• Engineering background with IT security / systems / cloud experience.
• Experience implementing IT security frameworks and certifications.
• University degree in computer science; master's preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA desirable.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Strategic thinking aligned with business objectives.
• Willingness to work in a startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Implement and oversee the IT security framework including cybersecurity.
• Ensure security in every phase of the system development life cycle.
• Continuously evaluate and manage IT risk posture.
• Manage business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead IT security certification activities.
• Lead incident response and crisis management.
• Engage with partners, clients, auditors, and regulators on IT security issues.
