AO Foundation in Davos seeks an Information Security Responsible and IT Security Manager to shape and implement the security strategy at an executive level and translate it into effective IT security practices. You will collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure, Head of IT, and IT Management Team to ensure robust controls, governance, and incident readiness.

The role reports to the Head of IT with potential alignment to the CEO on conflicts, and requires 3 days in the office in Davos as part

Qualifikationen

• Executive-level information security leadership with governance, risk and compliance expertise.
• Strong cyber security knowledge across frameworks, IAM, monitoring and threat detection.
• 10+ years in information security with leadership or management responsibility.
• Experience developing security strategies, governance models and programs.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication to executives.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain information security strategy, policies, ISMS, and governance.
• Identify, assess and manage information security risks and controls.
• Lead cyber security operations, incident response, and threat analysis.
• Oversee security architecture, patching, monitoring, and technical controls.
• Support business continuity, crisis management and stakeholder reporting.
• Promote security awareness and cross-functional collaboration.
• Budget responsibility and vendor security management.
