Zusammenfassung

RULEMATCH AG is seeking a sales professional to build institutional relationships from the ground up, identifying prospects and engaging decision-makers to onboard them onto RULEMATCH Europe’s trading venue in a hands-on outbound role. You will report to the Chief Business Development Officer and work with Operations, Legal and Compliance, with Associate or Manager level depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Evidence you can initiate and progress B2B relationships with regulated institutions.
• Strong judgment and communication skills to engage senior counterparts.
• Resilience, adaptability and a collaborative approach.
• Curiosity and ability to learn complex topics quickly.
• Clear, precise written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prioritize institutional prospects across Europe including banks, investment firms, brokers, hedge funds, ETF/ETP providers and asset managers.
• Create conversations via email, LinkedIn, phone and events to establish relationships.
• Understand each prospect's needs and regulatory context to build a compelling case for RULEMATCH.
• Take ownership of relationships from first contact through commercial discussions and onboarding.
• Shape the go-to-market approach by testing segments and entry routes.
• Represent RULEMATCH at industry events and maintain CRM pipeline.
