Zusammenfassung

COFACE Re SA, based in Lausanne, seeks a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to safeguard governance, financial strength and resilience. The CRO reports to the CEO of Coface Re and to the Group CRO, providing independent challenge to the Executive Management and Board.

You will oversee enterprise risk management, regulatory processes (SST, ORSA, liquidity), and promote a strong risk culture across Coface Re. Significant interaction with leadership and regulators is required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a related field (actuarial, risk management, finance or economics).
• At least 10 years in insurance or risk control.
• Strong knowledge of SST, ORSA, Solvency II and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to understand and challenge quantitative analyses and models.
• Experience interacting with executives and boards.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and enhance the risk management and internal control framework.
• Monitor and challenge the risk profile, appetite and emerging risks.
• Provide independent second-line oversight of activities and methodologies.
• Lead SST, ORSA and liquidity report production, including coordination and checks.
• Promote risk awareness and collaborate with actuarial, compliance, internal audit and group functions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure alignment with FINMA requirements.
