Zusammenfassung

Coface Switzerland is seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager to lead the Swiss Marketing and External Communication strategy, aligned with country and regional priorities. You will translate business objectives into go-to-market actions and drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Working across product, legal, sales and regional teams, you will steer market intelligence, demand generation, branding and multi-language communications to support acquisition and transformation

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years as a Marketing manager in insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in a similar marketing role.
• Event management experience and familiarity with Business Social Network.
• Organized, multi-tasking, strong prioritization, team player.
• English plus French or English plus German (Swiss) mandatory; third language a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• KPI-driven mentality with strong analytical skills.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, digital acquisition and content marketing.
• Project management proficiency and effective written/oral communication.

• Strategic Marketing & Go-to-Market leadership aligned with country, WEAR, and Group priorities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable go-to-market strategies.
• Provide market intelligence to support commercial and product decisions.
• Design and deploy demand-generation and lead-generation strategies with Sales.
• Oversee CRM usage, conversion funnels and sales enablement tools; develop commercial assets.
• Lead product/contract governance for Switzerland with Legal and Regional teams.
• Manage marketing operations, branding, budget planning, and multi-language localization.
