Lombard Odier Group in Geneva is seeking a Business Risk & Support Manager to join Corporate Services. You will oversee risk, compliance, and operational activities while supporting cross-functional initiatives and day-to-day operations.

The role requires 3–7 years in banking or related fields, strong organisational and communication skills, fluency in English and French, and office-based work in Switzerland with relocation flexibility if needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in banking, financial services, consulting, business risk management or operational control functions.
• Higher education and/or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across different teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams and functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Oversee data security, access management, and operational incident management across the unit.
• Ensure business activities, processes, and documentation comply with Group policies, internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Partner with risk owners, control owners, subject matter experts, and auditors; conduct reviews and monitor remediation plans.
• Coordinate resolution of audit findings and regulatory matters; support periodic updates of guidelines and directives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support priority initiatives across Corporate Services; assist with travel management, supplier processes, and service efficiency.
