Coface Re SA, based in Lausanne, invites a Chief Risk Officer to oversee risk governance, solvency and internal controls. The CRO will report to the CEO of Coface Re and to the Group CRO, while maintaining independence before the Board.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, actuarial, risk management or related control functions.
• Strong knowledge of SST, ORSA, Solvency II and related governance.
• Proven ability to challenge quantitative analyses and models.
• Experience interacting with Executive Management and Boards.
