Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in project delivery/operations, construction or prefabrication.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of moving products from design through production to delivery.
• Financial discipline: budgets, forecasting, margins, change management.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and contracts.
• Leadership with empathy and high standards; ability to align teams.
• Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
• Based in Zurich/Dübendorf or willing to work from Dübendorf, with travel.

• Lead operating model to deliver VAULTED projects reliably and efficiently.
• Oversee project management, escalation, and decision-making on active projects.
• Establish disciplined project controlling across budgets, costs and margins.
• Identify, evaluate and manage production partners and suppliers.
• Shape contracts, procurement approaches, and risk management.
• Connect PM, engineering, design, R&D, and commercial teams across markets.
• Turn project learnings into better processes and scalable systems.
