Qualifikationen

• PhD with 14+ years in biotech/pharma drug discovery and development.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and portfolios in matrix organizations.
• Strong experience with multispecific biologics and T-cell engager platforms.

• Lead discovery portfolio strategy, execution, prioritization, and milestone delivery across multispecific and logic-gated TCE/ADC programs.
