Job summary

Paymonade AG in Switzerland seeks an experienced Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to lead AML/CTF compliance across the organization. You will design, implement, and monitor policies, oversee risk assessments, and ensure timely reporting to authorities while safeguarding the business from regulatory, financial, and reputational exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related specialization.
• AML/CTF certification (e.g., CAMS, ICA) is a strong asset.
• 4+ years of experience in financial crime compliance.
• Thorough understanding of AML/CTF frameworks, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
• Strong investigative mindset with the ability to assess complex information and make sound judgments.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee AML/CTF compliance framework.
• Monitor customer behavior for high-risk patterns.
• Perform internal reviews and risk evaluations.
• File suspicious activity reports to authorities.
