Copper Markets Switzerland seeks a Compliance Officer to serve as Deputy MLRO, supporting the MLRO Switzerland in AML oversight, KYC, sanctions, regulatory reporting and controls. Qualifikationen

• Senior-level compliance experience including AML/KYC roles.
• Strong AML/KYC risk assessment and escalation processes.
• Experience with Swiss regulatory regimes and global regimes (EU/UK).
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.

Aufgaben

• Serve as deputy to the MLRO Switzerland, supporting AML oversight and continuity of compliance oversight.
• Act as a local compliance contact for Swiss business, guiding AML, sanctions, reporting and risk management.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions including SARs/STRs with MROS and authorities.
• Lead external audits and implement corrective action plans.
• Escalate material risks to Head of Compliance Switzerland in a timely manner.
• Develop and refine compliance policies and controls at local and global levels.
