This role combines financial markets expertise with systematic trading and risk management, coordinating with software developers and technology providers.

You will transform trading ideas into technical specifications, backtest strategies, supervise proprietary systems, and work with management on growing the firm's trading

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of financial markets, systematic trading and technical analysis.
• Practical experience with algorithmic or automated trading systems.
• Experience in developing, managing or implementing trading strategies.
• Understanding of backtesting and risk-management principles.
• Ability to formulate technical requirements and coordinate software developers.
• Understanding of TradingView, Pine Script and trading automation.

Aufgaben

• Develop, evaluate and implement algorithmic trading strategies.
• Transform trading ideas and methodologies into clear technical specifications for developers.
• Coordinate external developers and specialised technology providers.
• Supervise the development and improvement of proprietary trading systems.
• Conduct and evaluate backtesting and forward testing of trading strategies.
• Analyse performance, profitability, drawdowns and risk parameters.
• Define and supervise risk-management rules.
• Participate in the integration of TradingView, broker APIs and automated trading systems.
• Work directly with company management on the development of algorithmic-trading activities in Lugano.
