Swissblock Technologies AG is building out its TradFi Quant Engineering team in Zug to design, deploy, and operate the institutional trading platform. You will work with portfolio managers, quants, traders and risk/compliance experts to translate business needs into reliable software and scalable services.

The Senior Software Engineer role emphasizes ownership, cross-team collaboration, and end-to-end delivery from concept to production in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or higher in CS or related field.
• Strong Python and Go programming experience.
• Experience with trading infrastructure and market data workflows.
• Proven ability to design and implement robust software for production systems.

Aufgaben

• Engage with traders, PMs, operations, risk and compliance to gather requirements.
• Design, plan and implement trading system components in Python and Go.
• Maintain and enhance production trading infrastructure and post-trade processes.
• Drive architectural changes from concept to production and ensure regulatory readiness.
