Alpiq seeks a Head of Algorithmic Trading Governance in Olten/Lausanne to lead the governance of its algorithmic trading framework across Asset Trading, Merchant Trading and Structured Energy Management. The role ensures transparency, performance measurement, risk oversight, and adoption across trading activities.

Initial focus includes intraday and day-ahead algo initiatives for BESS and renewables, with expansion to hydro and other European trading activities.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of European power markets (Day-Ahead, Intraday, Balancing, flexibility markets).
• Experience with algorithmic trading, trading automation, optimization, or quantitative energy trading environments.
• Strong leadership experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across departments.
