EY is seeking a Consultant to join our People Consulting Change Management team in Geneva, Basel, or Zurich. You will help clients evolve their ways of working through technology-enabled transformation, culture change, and workforce initiatives.

With 2–4 years of experience in change management, you will collaborate in international teams, bring English plus German or French to the table, and contribute to ERP, digital, AI-enabled, and operating model programs.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in change management.
• Ability to work in large, international, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity, growth mindset, and client orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in set‑up and roll‑out of initiatives and programs covering human centered change.

To further strengthen our People Consulting team in the field of Change Management, we are looking for a Consultant to join our Geneva, Basel, or Zurich office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues to help clients evolve their ways of working in the context of technology-enabled transformation, workplace, or culture evolution.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Help with the design and delivery of organizational change, learning, communication, culture, and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organizations.
