Jobbasel in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a software engineer to help build and modernize the Risk IT microservices stack using C# and Python. You will break down legacy .NET Framework components to support migration to .NET Core and container-based deployment.

You will also assist the transition to a Cloudera-based Data Lake, replace legacy interfaces with Kafka-based streaming, and participate in rotating daytime support to ensure system stability.

Qualifikationen

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong development experience in an object-oriented language such as C#, Java, or C++, with willingness to work across C# and Python codebases

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
