Experis Switzerland is seeking a talented Digital Banking Support Specialist in Zurich to provide expert guidance on online and mobile banking tools. You will assist staff and clients with technical issues, escalate complex cases, and deliver training to improve user proficiency.

The role requires strong cybersecurity know-how and fluent English and German, plus additional languages. Collaboration with IT and product teams will help enhance service quality.
