Zusammenfassung

ADDMAN Engineering is seeking a Business Development Manager- Autonomous Systems to drive revenue growth across commercial, defense, aerospace, and government markets. You will lead engagements with OEMs, defense contractors, and partners while aligning ADDMAN's manufacturing capabilities with customer needs.

Role balances strategic market development with hands-on sales leadership, including pricing, negotiations, and long-term account planning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Aviation, or Aerospace.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, capture management, or commercial leadership in aerospace/defense/advanced manufacturing.
• Experience selling engineered products or manufacturing services into aerospace/defense or regulated markets.

Aufgaben

• Define, develop, and execute the business development strategy for UAV and Robotics markets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in commercial drone, defense UAS, aerospace, and robotics.
• Lead executive relationships with OEMs, tier 1 suppliers, government agencies, and partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, PM, and Supply Chain to align requirements with capabilities.
• Develop capture strategies and coordinate internal resources to maximize win probability.
• Lead pricing strategy, margin analysis, and negotiations for profitable growth.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline with forecasts for bookings and backlog.
• Represent ADDMAN at meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote capabilities.
