W3Global in Geneva is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and analysis for web applications, coordinating with development centers in Luxembourg and Portugal.

You will support IT teams in Geneva, ensure proper integration with the bank's information system through FATs and tests, and participate in testing with end users, while leveraging AI-assisted analysis and strong SQL skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst in the design and development of web applications.
• Excellent knowledge of various analysis methodologies.
• Strong expertise in designing and facilitating workshop series, capturing requirements, and identifying user personas.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with APIs, including the use of JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
• Experience using AI tools with analysis tasks.
• Proficient in SQL query languages and tools for accessing databases.
• Dynamic and proactive in completing assigned tasks, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability to change.
• Ability to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.

Aufgaben

• Participate in gathering and analyzing client requirements, and write detailed functional specifications needed for our development center, Technologies, based in Luxembourg / Portugal.
• Support and assist the IT teams based in Geneva during various cycles.
• Ensure the proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility into the bank's overall information system by conducting FATs/integration tests.
• Support and coordinate testing phases with end users.
• Provide level 3 support in case of production incidents.

Experience Required

Must-to-have experience:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the design and development of web applications.
• Excellent knowledge of various analysis methodologies.
• Strong expertise in designing and facilitating workshop series, capturing requirements, and identifying user personas.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
