Zusammenfassung

ITech Consult AG in Zurich seeks two Senior Business Analysts / Business Engineers to advance and operate modern mobile apps, with emphasis on mobile banking. You join an interdisciplinary product team guiding topics from problem statement to solution implementation.

Responsibilities span requirement analysis, option development with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful launches in a regulated banking context. Hybrid work in Switzerland. English welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer in digital product environments.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirements engineering, and agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience in interdisciplinary product teams with stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident with user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, BPMN/UML, and UAT.
• Experience with digital products and ideally mobile apps / mobile banking.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to structure complex problems independently and develop solution options.
• Initiative, curiosity and a solution-oriented working approach.
• Experience in banking, finance, or a regulated environment is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and structure customer needs, business requirements, and complex problems
• Develop and evaluate solution options with Product Owners, Engineering, Testing, UX/UI, and SMEs
• Specify requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, mock-ups, and business concepts
• Prepare and moderate workshops and business discussions
• Actively manage stakeholders between Business and IT
• Support discovery, user research, prototyping, and validation of solution ideas
• Follow requirements from problem statement through implementation to launch
• Support testing, UAT, error analysis, and quality assurance
• Identify opportunities for improvement in products, processes, and collaboration
• Constructively challenge existing solutions and contribute own ideas

Project:

For an established financial company, we are looking for 2 experienced Senior Business Analysts / Business Engineers to further develop and operate modern mobile apps, with a focus on mobile banking. You will work as an integral part of an interdisciplinary product team and accompany topics from the initial problem statement through solution development to successful implementation. You will bring together customer needs, business and regulatory requirements, and technical possibilities.
