Zusammenfassung

Solvex Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Business Engineer to join our Zurich-based mobile banking environment. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers, QA and UX/UI designers to define requirements and drive delivery.

You will capture customer and regulatory needs, lead stakeholder sessions and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items. Experience in BPMN/UML and Jira/Confluence is valued, with Agile familiarity a must.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of banking and digital/mobile banking domains.
• Expertise in requirements engineering, business analysis and backlog management.

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join an exciting Mobile Banking environment in Zurich, working closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, UX/UI Designers and business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyse and specify requirements for the further development and operation of mobile banking applications
• Capture customer needs, business requirements, regulatory requirements and technological developments
• Lead and moderate stakeholder workshops and support technical coordination
• Develop solution options together with interdisciplinary product teams
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items
• Support implementation, testing, UAT and error analysis
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA/Test Engineers and UX/UI teams

Key Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer
• Strong experience in Banking, ideally Mobile Banking / Digital Banking
• Excellent knowledge of Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis
• Strong experience with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Story Mapping and Backlog Refinement
• Experience with BPMN and/or UML
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or SAFe
• Experience with Testing, UAT and Quality Assurance
